Our Corporate Social Responsibility Commitment

 

Our CSR commitment includes taking our social, economic and environmental impact into account.

We have a global perspective based on our activity across sectors and industries in more than 50 countries. Partnering with our clients, responding to business trends and building relationships are embedded in our culture and our DNA.

Sustaining the communities we work in is a central theme. We support charitable organizations and follow the UN Global Compact.  As part of Allianz, we share a code of conduct with all our sister companies.

This commitment is personally endorsed by the people working at Euler Hermes. They regularly contribute to corporate social responsibility as volunteers, through donations, sports activities and other forms of participation.

Helping combat poverty, social exclusion, and protecting health that:

Sharing financial literacy

We encourage knowledge exchanges between employees and society. We support  employees volunteering for programmes that:

  • Bring organizational skills to social entrepreneurs (NGOs), adding effective ways of working

Championing gender equality and anti-discrimination

 

  • At least 30% of executive positions at Euler Hermes are occupied by women.
  • Recruiting and promoting staff is based on employee skills.
  • The company policy on equality and diversity is a mandatory commitment for all countries in which it operates.
