CEO and Chairperson of the Board of Management

Clarisse Kopff is a graduate from ESCP and holds a postgraduate degree from Université Paris Dauphine and the German Diplom Kaufmann. She had been Chief Financial Officer of Allianz France since 2014. She began her career in debt origination at Lehman Brothers in London, then as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris before joining Euler Hermes in 2001 as controller for the company’s French entity in Paris. From 2007, she served at then Euler Hermes in several positions of increasing responsibility and international scope: head of controlling for French and Mediterranean activities (2007-2011); Head of Group controlling (2010 – 2012); head of accounting, controlling, actuarial services and investor relations (2012-2013). Recognized for her customer-centricity, she was promoted as Group Chief Financial Officer in 2014 where she was responsible for all Group finance functions, asset management, legal and compliance, M&A, tax and risk and capital management.

Fabrice holds a Master of Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and graduated from Sciences Po Paris in Economics and Finance. He joined Euler Hermes in 1996, holding senior financial positions in the UK and France. He served as CEO for the UK & Ireland entity from 2008 to 2012, and as Regional CEO for the APAC region from 2012 to 2016, before becoming the CEO of the Northern Europe Region in 2016, where he steered the fifteen countries towards growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Loeiz Limon-Duparcmeur joined Euler Hermes in 1995 as an investment manager for Euler SFAC. He held several senior controlling and finance positions in France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Italy as well as at Group level. In 2016, Loeiz broadened his business experience by taking the role of Country CEO for Euler Hermes Italy before joining the group back again in 2019 as Group Head of Risk Underwriting. Loeiz has a degree in Applied Mathematics from Paris IX Dauphine University and is fluent in English, Italian and French.

Head of Americas Region

Florence Lecoutre joined Euler Hermes in 1997 in London before heading the company’s IT departments in Belgium and France. Between 2009 and 2015, she took on the role as Group Chief Information Officer. After her year in sabbatical studying at Georgetown University, she returned to take on the role of Global Head of Human Resources in 2016. Florence Lecoutre holds a Masters degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences at INSA Lyon and an Executive Diploma from Georgetown University.

Anil holds a BA in Economics, Law and Statistics from the University of East Anglia. He joined Euler Hermes in 1997, holding Risk Underwriting, Account Management and Broker Distribution positions in the UK. He became CEO of the Gulf countries business, then Head of Distribution in the APAC region before taking on the role of CEO of the Euler Hermes multinationals business, which he significantly developed.

Group Chief Operating Officer - Member of Board of Management in charge of Operations and IT

Michael brings with him more than 15 years’ proficiency in designing and managing large scale, technology-enabled transformation scenarios in globalizing enterprises, from a startup in Silicon Valley to the BASF Group. He also has over 8 years of experience within Allianz, and in his most recent position at Allianz, Michael was Head of Group Enterprise Architecture, where he led the introduction of new digital technologies and capabilities such as Big Data, AI, Blockchain and IoT solutions for commercial and consumer business lines. He successfully defined Allianz Group’s Enterprise Architecture as well as a holistic strategic framework for operations & IT. Michael is German and holds a Master’s degree in Electrical engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
