All reviews are collected independently by Feefo, where customers are asked to rate the level of service they received using a 5 point rating scale. To receive a Gold Trusted Award, you need to collect 50 or more reviews in a calendar year and have a Feefo rating of at least 4.5/5. To receive a Platinum Trusted Service Award, you must have achieved a Gold Trusted Award for the last three consecutive years.
We are pleased to have received 281 reviews with a 93% positive rating and achieved a final service rating of 4.7/5 in 2020.
