Functionality

  • Homepage Risk Notifications - You can now choose which risk services alerts you receive on the Homepage. Options include alerts on temporary amounts that will expire in the next 30 days and proactive alerts on credit limits. To customize, click on the person icon in the top right-hand of the screen, choose Preferences and scroll to the Notifications section.
  • Past Due Invoice Notifications – To help you better manage your account, you will now see a message highlighted in yellow above your list of invoices in the Policy Overview section if any invoices are past due on your account. In addition, past due invoices now have a yellow circle with an exclamation mark next to them if they are open past the 15-day payment terms.

Non-payment

  • New Onboarding Prompts in the Non-payment Section – Once in the Non-payment section, you can click the question mark icon at the top of the screen to turn on a help guide that provides an overview of the features in this section relating to claims and overdue reporting.

Sales Reporting

There have been two improvements aimed at enhancing your experience with this policy requirement. As a reminder, sales reporting is typically required annually at policy expiration.

  • Past Due Sales Report Notification- In the Policy Administration tab, you will now see an alert message if your sales report is overdue.
  • Country Personalization- If your policy is set up to submit your sales declaration by country, you can now choose which countries you want displayed. To customize, click on the person icon in the top right-hand of the screen, choose Preferences and scroll to the Sales Declaration (by country) section.
