Allianz Trade US Inclusive Workplace Council
Within Allianz Trade in the United States, we recognize that our country faces unique challenges of an inclusive workplace. In response to social justice movements and the clear need for greater transparency and action on the part of corporate citizens, Allianz Trade US formed its Inclusive Workplace Council in 2020.
The Inclusive Workplace Council provides oversight on inclusion efforts and promote company-wide communication on progress. The Inclusive Workplace council is made up of 20+ members who serve to lead, support, educate, and connect as we work toward a more equal future.
Lead
The inclusive workplace Council leaders act to engage, activate, support, and create a structure to advance an inclusive workplace as a core value and critical component of the organization’s culture. The inclusive workplace Council is led by two co-chairs and an executive sponsor.
Support
Council members provide advice, guidance, and support on equality issues and actively seek out diverse perspectives and opinions.
Educate
The Council aims to prepare employees to meet the needs of a globally diverse marketplace by increasing awareness through diverse events and effective communication.
Connect
The Council works to create more ethical partnerships to increase our organizational resilience and reputability and to be more reflective of the communities we serve.
